When will my order ship?

Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of order.  PRE-ORDERS: Pre-orders can take up 30 days to ship.  It usually takes less time than that, however each designer has specific shipping dates for all items in their collection.  If for any reason the merchandise you have purchased as part of a pre-order does not become available from the designer, or the merchandise does not arrive to Womb and Beyond within 30 days of the expected shipping date, we will give you the option to cancel your order and will provide you with a full refund.

What if my package is lost or misdirected?

Womb and Beyond is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally at this time.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders will be shipped via USPS from California. The shipping rate varies depending upon the weight and size of the package(s).

What carrier do you recommend for return shipping?

For your protection, we recommend that you return all items via a traceable carrier and method such as UPS, or FedEx. Womb and Beyond is not responsible for packages lost or not received if a tracking number is not provided. You are responsible for prepaying your return shipment; Womb and Beyond will not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

What if I change my mind and want a different size/color than what I ordered?

If you’d like to make a change please email us at customer@wombandbeyond.com.  Please note that a change can only be made before an item has shipped.  After an item has shipped, changes can no longer be made.

How do I intitiate a return?

We want you to be completely happy with your order.  If we made a mistake on your order, or the product is defective, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days from receipt of purchase. After 14 days, all sales are final and we are no longer able to accept returns under any circumstance.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?

All items purchased on sale or marked down cannot be returned or exchanged.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once your return shipment is received at Womb and Beyond, please allow 2-3 weeks to credit the correct amount to your credit card. (Payments will be refunded less shipping costs.)

Can I exchange items?

We do not allow exchanges.  If we made a mistake on your order, or a product is defective, we will issue a refund.

What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

Customer satisfaction is our goal at Womb and Beyond. Please email us at customer@wombandbeyond.com and we will be happy discuss it with you.

Where is my order confirmation?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for any reason you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder. You can also check your order status by signing into your account on our website.

Do you offer gift packaging?

No, not at this time.

How do I know what size to order?

Please see our sizing chart.  Remember to always order a larger size if you are not sure if a certain size will fit.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Click on the link below and enter your email address that is used to log into your account. You will receive an email containing a link that you can use to reset your password with. If you do not receive the email, please contact us at customer@wombandbeyond.com for further assistance.

Are there any limitations regarding coupons?

Only one promotion code can be applied to each order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently use Paypal Standard. Paypal Standard accepts all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), eChecks, bank transfers, and PayPal accounts.
